The items bought will be shipped within 3 days.

Am I eligible for a refund

If the product is not as specified, or their is a change of mind and you have not opened the package you are eligible for a refund.

What if I have a change of mind

If you have a change of mind and you have not opened the package, you are eligible for a refund within 14 days from the day of  the package being  shipped.

Who are our shipping partners?

Our shipping partners range form Amazon, Royal Mail, Fedex, and more. 

Where is my item being shipped from?

It depends on the location of the warehouse where your required item is located.

How long does it take to ship ordered item?

It usually takes 2 to 3 days to ship an item

How long does it take the ordered item to arrive?

The ordered item should arrive within 7 days from the shipping date. If an item takes more than that you will be notified accordingly and your consent will be required for further actions.

Return Policy

We value our customers and are committed to providing quality support when things do not go as planned. You have fifteen (15) days from your in-store purchase or receipt of shipment of a new item, and seven (7) days for a used item, to exchange or return, unless noted in our exceptions. To process your return, please provide your order number order number. We will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes and fees to the original form of payment or provide a replacement.
