It primarily operates in IT industry and renders its various professional services in the areas of information technology and trading of IT equipment and it has industrialized its core competency and topnotch expertise within the above fields. The business was established as a Partnership in Lahore, Pakistan in year 2006. This business idea was conceptualized and then turned into physical existence by a passionate and enthusiast IT consultant and entrepreneur, Mr. Naveed Hussain along with upbeat support and coordination of Mr. Asif Aziz Awan. The fundamental focus of the DOT enterprises has been to spur and diversify the business into IT consultancy and trade in recycled electronic equipment along with related professional services, which included Website Design & Development IT, Network Management, Hardware maintenance etc. For capturing effective and efficient market position within IT consultancy and trade services arena in overseas markets.

The first round of strategic expansion of the business since 2006-2017 within Pakistan has resulted in the development of a sustainable long-term outlook for DOT enterprises. The business imported recyclable electronics from UK, USA and China. After a rigorous process, DOT enterprises became able to engage in trade with the retail and corporate sectors. The organic growth of the business within the Pakistan market has resulted in the development of economies of scale and scope, coupled with outsourcing of Website Design & Development IT, Network Management, Hardware maintenance, and IT Consultancy. This resulted in second round of strategic expansion in 2018 with addition of IT consultancy along with imports. This became the drive to diversify the operations of the company concentrated in IT consultancy segments to other areas of IT consultancy professional services and trade in imports and recycled electronics. The diversification of services has led to the development of IT equipment along with a team of qualified IT experts, consultants, and other trade professional individuals as either employees or contractors of the business.
